We are looking for experienced and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Inside Sales team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for selling American Individual A-I-R.S™ Number Certificates to prospective clients through outbound telephone calls, WhatsApp communication and follow-ups.
This is a pure sales and revenue-generation role. Candidates must have prior tele sales experience, strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into paying customers.

- Sales & Product Training: Training on American Individual A-I-R.S™ Number and its perks.
- Operational Support: Guidance from the internal sales management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients with lead details.
- Explain the American Individual A-I-R.S™ Number Certificate and its benefits.
- Generate interest and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Share approved marketing creatives and product information through WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update call outcomes, lead status and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and follow the company's sales process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of prior Tele Sales / Inside Sales experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead conversion.
- Ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a suitable WFH workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
