Job Summary

Bexcode Services is looking for a highly organized, technology-driven, and multitasking Project Manager to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, communicate with US-based clients, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and priorities simultaneously.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure accountability.
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation.
- Use project management tools and AI technologies to improve productivity.
- Manage scheduling, task allocation, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
- Handle project-related administrative and operational responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

- MBA degree in Business Administration,



Project Management, or a related field.
- Recognized Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills and professional US business communication proficiency.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and modern workplace technologies.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
