Position Overview

Unique Minds Academy is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage the academy's online presence, create engaging content, promote educational programs, and strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the academy's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging posts, promotional materials, reels, stories, and other marketing content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote courses, programs, and academy activities.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and student enquiries.
- Monitor social media performance,



respond to messages and comments, and identify opportunities to improve online reach.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Creativity and good content-writing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, graphic design, and video editing tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan content, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Freshers with creativity and an interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
