We're building an AI-native omnichannel dialer platform to transform how businesses engage with customers. As a Backend Engineer, you'll ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Our platform integrates voice, SMS, email, and chat to deliver seamless customer interactions. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js and telephony/IVR systems to help us build scalable, robust, and intelligent dialer solutions.

What You'll Do

As a Backend Developer specializing in dialer and telephony systems, you will design, develop, and maintain the core backend components of our omnichannel dialer platform. Your expertise in telephony APIs, IVR systems, and Node.js will be crucial in delivering reliable and scalable communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build RESTful APIs using Node.js

- Optimize PostgreSQL + Redis data flow

- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js for our omnichannel dialer platform

- Integrate telephony APIs to enable outbound and inbound calling, SMS, and other channels

- Design and implement IVR flows, call routing, and automation features





- Optimize call handling, queuing, and agent management for high concurrency and reliability

- Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements

- Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance standards are met

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements

- Stay updated with the latest telephony and communication technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-5 years in backend development, with a minimum of 1-2 years in dialer projects

- Proven experience in backend development with Node.js

- Strong understanding of telephony systems, APIs and SIP protocols

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing IVR systems and call routing logic

- Familiarity with databases for storing call data, logs, and user information

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Positive communication and teamwork skills
