We are expanding our Beauty & Wellness service segment and are looking for skilled, professional and customer-focused Cosmetologists / Beauticians to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cosmetologist / Beautician who can provide professional beauty and personal-care services to customers at their doorstep. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, excellent grooming standards, strong customer-handling skills and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional beauty and cosmetology services at customers' locations.
- Perform services such as:
- Facial and skin-care treatments
- Cleanup and basic skin treatments
- Waxing
- Threading
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Bleach and detan services
- Basic makeup and grooming services
- Hair-care and other beauty services as per expertise
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation during every service.
- Handle beauty tools, equipment and products safely and professionally.
- Ensure proper usage, storage and maintenance of beauty products and equipment.
- Follow company SOPs,



service standards and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour while visiting customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Collect customer feedback and report any service-related issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain punctuality and complete assigned bookings within the scheduled time.
- Follow Chayan Karo's customer safety and professional conduct policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Certification in Beauty, Cosmetology or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skin-care services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Professional grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.
- Knowledge of beauty products, tools and equipment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new services and techniques.
- Punctual, responsible and trustworthy.
