Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professionally qualified Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete restaurant operations, maintain exceptional food and beverage service standards, lead the service team and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage the day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
- Ensure excellent food and beverage service standards and overall guest satisfaction.
- Possess excellent knowledge of various cuisines, food ingredients, preparation methods, cooking techniques and menu descriptions.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef regarding menu planning, food quality, specials and guest preferences.
- Supervise, train and manage restaurant Captains, Stewards and service associates.
- Handle guest complaints, VIP guests and special dining arrangements professionally.
- Monitor restaurant revenue, food costs, wastage, inventory and operational expenses.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and suggestive selling.
- Prepare staff duty rosters,



conduct briefings and ensure proper manpower utilisation.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene, grooming, cleanliness and service SOPs.
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service quality.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably with managerial experience.
- Excellent practical knowledge of food, beverages, cuisines and restaurant operations.
- Strong understanding of menu engineering, food cost and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel and restaurant reporting.
- Strong guest-handling, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Qualified grooming, discipline and a guest-focused attitude.

Preferred Candidate: An experienced hospitality professional with proven ability to independently manage restaurant operations, lead a service team, control costs and deliver premium dining experiences.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
