Job Title : SALES OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Location : NANTHENCODE, TRIVANDRUM

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Order Management

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate orders for cakes, gifts, flowers, and customized surprise packages.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through add-on products and customized packages.

B. Delivery Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with Cake World outlets, production teams, and delivery executives.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.
- Schedule and allocate delivery orders based on location and delivery time.
- Coordinate special deliveries for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions.

C. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order and delivery process.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to collect feedback.

D. Sales Reporting & Business Development

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor order volume, revenue, average order value, and sales conversion.




- Track cancelled orders, delivery delays, and customer complaints.

E. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with delivery executives, outlet managers, and sales teams.
- Monitor delivery team performance and order fulfilment.
- Ensure proper communication of customer instructions to the delivery team. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, delivery operations, or retail operations.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of online delivery platforms and WhatsApp Business.
- Photography skills for product and surprise delivery arrangements will be an added advantage.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
