About the role:
You will work under our Sales and Operations Manager to make sure customer orders are completed correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities:

- Prepare and give cutting orders to the workers, and check that cutting is done to the right size
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchase parties on material availability and delivery
- Book tempo or porter for deliveries and follow up until goods reach the customer
- Keep order status updated in Excel and coordinate with the accounts side
- Make regular calls and updates to customers on order progress

What we are looking for:

- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Organised and valuable at follow-up
- Prior experience in steel, hardware, engineering,sales or trading is a plus but not required
