Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented DTP Operator to manage book formatting, page composition, typesetting, and print production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and MathType, along with a strong understanding of educational and competitive examination book publishing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the complete DTP workflow, including book formatting, layout designing, page composition, and typesetting.
- Create qualified and print-ready book layouts using CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Handle complex mathematical equations, formulas, tables, charts, and diagrams using MathType.
- Work on guidebooks, competitive examination books, and practice sets for SSC, Railway, Banking, UPSC, BPSC, CTET, and various state-level examinations.
- Ensure content accuracy through proofreading, formatting, and final layout checks.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, spacing, alignment, page numbering, and overall book presentation.
- Coordinate with editorial, proofreading, and production teams to ensure timely project completion.




- Review final files and prepare print-ready PDFs while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage multiple assignments and ensure timely delivery within strict publication deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of MathType for mathematical equations and formulas.
- Expertise in DTP operations, book formatting, and typesetting.
- Knowledge of page composition, layout designing, and print-ready file preparation.
- Good proofreading and content-formatting skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Basic MS Excel.
- Understanding of educational and competitive examination content.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with editorial and production teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in DTP operations or book publishing.
- Experience in educational publishing or competitive examination books will be preferred.
