About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Pre-Sales who can understand client business requirements, analyse their challenges, and translate them into effective technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, develop solution approaches, and support the overall sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements through discussions, meetings, and discovery sessions.
- Analyse business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design suitable technology solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Support the sales team during client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure proposals align with client expectations.




- Participate in client meetings and provide pre-sales support throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting.
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- Experience in preparing proposals, RFPs, BRDs, FRDs, and presentations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar tools.

Good to Have

- Experience working with IT services, software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience supporting technical sales and client-facing discussions.
- Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
