We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our furniture showroom team! As a Store Manager, he /she be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the luxury furniture showroom.

Drive showroom sales, revenue, conversion and profitability.

Lead, motivate and manage the sales and showroom team.

Set and monitor individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Handle high-value and premium customers, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Understand customer requirements and ensure effective product presentation and selling.

Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

Ensure proper follow-up with customers from enquiry to order closure and delivery.

Coordinate with Design, Sales, Projects, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation teams.

Ensure showroom visual merchandising, product display and overall presentation meet luxury brand standards.

Monitor showroom inventory, stock movement, display products and product documentation.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Prepare and submit daily,



weekly and monthly sales/operations reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs and operational standards.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.

Train and coach the sales team on products, customer handling and selling techniques.

Maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI customers, interior designers, architects and channel partners.

Ensure showroom cleanliness, ambience, product knowledge and customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

10 - 15 years of experience in Store/Showroom Management.

Experience in Luxury Furniture, Premium Furniture, Home Interiors, Modular Kitchens, Home Décor, Lifestyle or Premium Retail is preferred.

Robust experience in sales and team management.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Ability to handle HNI/UHNI and high-value customers.

Pay: ₹8.00 - ₹13.00 per year
