Role Overview

We are looking for a highly energetic, self-driven Senior Executive to manage city-level operations, build strong relationships with fleet owners, and resolve operational escalations. This role requires someone who can think on their feet, make quick decisions, take ownership of problems, and drive issues to closure.

The candidate should be comfortable working on the ground, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and managing unexpected challenges without compromising operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day coordination with bus operators, fleet owners, drivers, and internal city teams.
- Build robust working relationships with operators and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Take ownership of ground-level escalations, identify root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
- Handle operational challenges involving bus availability, digital ticketing, tracking devices, collections, and service disruptions.
- Coordinate with technical and internal support teams to resolve device, application, and operational issues.
- Conduct field visits when required to understand problems firsthand and implement practical solutions.
- Monitor recurring issues, track pending actions, and ensure accountability until closure.




- Proactively identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Communicate critical issues, updates, and action plans clearly to management.
- Ensure smooth adoption and effective utilisation of Chalo's technology solutions by bus operators and ground teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline with 3–5 years of experience in operations, transportation, fleet management, logistics, or stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to think quickly, assess situations, and take immediate, practical action.
- Self-motivated individual who takes complete ownership and does not depend on constant supervision.
- Comfortable with field operations, local travel, and handling multiple priorities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging operator relationships professionally.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and operational tracking tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
