Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and ensure a warm, engaging dining experience.
- Handle guest queries, reservations and walk-ins.
- Assist with billing and operate POS software.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Build valuable relationships with guests and handle feedback professionally.
Requirements:
