Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain books of accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Manage vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.




- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
