About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive who can build strong client relationships, understand business objectives, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:-

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day client communication.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and campaign expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including social media, content, design, performance marketing, and development, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and manage campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approval processes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and agreed deadlines.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare meeting notes, share updates, and follow up on pending approvals and feedback.
- Track campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to prepare reports and performance insights.




- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, campaign performance, and account growth.
- Proactively resolve client concerns and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term client retention.

Candidate Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- The candidate should have prior experience handling BFSI clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or account management in a digital advertising agency.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates based in Delhi are preferred.
