JOB SUMMARY

Vrik Pharma is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and reconciliations. The candidate will be responsible for GST/TDS compliance, accounts payable and receivable, and accurate financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance and return documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and preparation of statements.
- Monitor outstanding payments, customer collections, and vendor payments.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other relevant parties for accounting requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in budgeting, expense monitoring, and other finance-related activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- B.Com + M.Com qualification.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
