About us: ACEEPL is a civil construction contractor working on railway and infrastructure projects in Kerala, Maharashtra and Telangana, including the Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station redevelopment.
What you’ll do:
- Generate e-invoices (IRN) and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B every month for multiple GSTINs, on time
- Reconcile purchases with GSTR-2B and take IMS actions; track ITC and the 180-day vendor payment rule
- Maintain accounts in Tally: sales, purchases, payments, bank reconciliation, vendor and client ledgers
- Track TDS (income tax and GST TDS), reconcile with 26AS, and prepare TDS returns with the CA
- Prepare monthly payables and cash-flow statements for the directors
- Coordinate with the company’s CA on notices, annual returns and audits
What we’re looking for:
- B.Com / M.Com, or CA/CMA Inter
- 2–4 years of hands-on GST filing and Tally, preferably with a contractor or construction company
- Working knowledge of e-invoicing, GSTR-2B/IMS and TDS
- Good Excel, organised, and reliable with deadlines
- English and Malayalam
Good to have: experience with works contract GST, RA bills, and multi-state GSTINs.
