We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser who can transform architectural drawings and 3D models into high-quality, photorealistic visualisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders for residential, commercial, and interior design projects.
- Create realistic exterior elevations, interior perspectives, walkthroughs, and architectural animations.
- Convert architectural drawings, SketchUp models, and design concepts into compelling visual presentations.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, furniture, and environmental elements.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand design intent and project requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in dimensions, materials, proportions, and architectural details.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within project deadlines.
- Prepare presentation-ready renders for client meetings, design proposals, and marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in rendering quality and visual style across projects.
- Keep up with emerging rendering technologies, AI visualisation tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, or relevant training in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and at least one rendering software, such as Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, D5 Render, or Twinmotion.
- Robust understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, perspective, and realistic rendering.




- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate design intent into visual outputs.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
- Good visualisation skills, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work within a creative design team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in photorealistic interior and exterior rendering.
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other post-production software.
- Experience with 3D walkthroughs and architectural animations.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted rendering and visualisation workflows.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating completed visualisation projects.
