We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BSc Nursing graduate with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ICU and IP (Inpatient) ward settings to join our agile healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill and inpatient patients
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the medical team
- Administer medications and manage IVs as per doctor's instructions
- Assist in emergency procedures and manage life-saving equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing registration with the relevant council
- 1–3 years of experience in ICU and/or Inpatient Ward
- Strong knowledge of critical care protocols and patient safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies
