We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from students and parents regarding admissions.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and admission databases.
- Coordinate with academic and admission teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Prior experience in admission counselling or educational counselling is preferred.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Telugu and Malayalam is preferred.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student and parent enquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach with valuable follow-up skills.
