About the Role

Helett Enterprises LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations, stock accuracy, inbound and outbound verification, stock audits, and inventory replenishment. Candidates with Amazon or e-commerce inventory management experience and the ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi are strongly preferred.

The selected candidate will initially undergo training in Calicut, Kerala, and will subsequently be deployed to Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse operations.
- Track stock availability, movement, and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment to Amazon warehouses and other designated fulfilment centres.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and identify potential shortages or excess inventory.

2. Inbound & Outbound Operations

- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Inspect quantities, product codes, and physical condition during inbound receiving.
- Verify outbound stock before dispatch to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

3. Stock Auditing & Reconciliation





- Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate variances.
- Identify damaged, missing, excess, or incorrectly recorded stock and report findings.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, audit reports, and supporting documentation.

4. Amazon & E-commerce Inventory Operations

- Coordinate inventory replenishment to Amazon fulfilment centres and warehouses.
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment requirements across e-commerce channels.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of inventory as per platform requirements.
- Coordinate with marketplace, warehouse, and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and fulfilment delays.

5. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports.
- Track stock movement, replenishment status, and pending warehouse activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments.
- Escalate inventory discrepancies and operational issues to the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of relevant inventory control or warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management,



stock auditing, and reconciliation.
- Practical experience in inbound and outbound stock verification.
- Good understanding of inventory replenishment and warehouse coordination.
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Amazon or e-commerce inventory management experience is highly preferred.
- Previous work experience in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Amazon fulfilment centre replenishment and warehouse procedures.
- Familiarity with Kannada is preferred.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, or inventory tracking tools.

Training & Work Location

- Initial Training: Calicut, Kerala.
- Permanent Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru after completing the initial training period in Calicut.
