1) DESIGNATION: Quality Control & Production Executive

2) LOCATION: South Delhi – Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1

3) JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 5 years prior experience of working in a pharmaceutical(formulation)/food manufacturing company; managing and performing Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) in pharma (liquids, powders) industry. Practical knowledge of analytical methods as per AOAC, ISO, ISO for testing raw materials (APIs) and finished products; perform chemical analysis; carry out In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) of powder and liquid formulations; conduct identification tests for various key materials, perform microbiological tests; monitor production processes; set Quality Testing (QT) protocols for raw materials, packing materials and finished goods; source and deal with analytical laboratories to get analysis done as per AOAC, ISO, IP methods and accordingly procure Certificate of Analysis (COA) etc.; create and maintain regulatory records as required by regulators viz. Drug Control/FSSAI, GMP, FSSC, ISO, HACCP and Pollution Control; get quality audits done as required by GMP, FSSC, ISO, Pollution Control,



and HACCP; recommend & establish performance measurement and audit systems/records; independent correspondence etc.

4) PREFERENCE: would be given to candidates working in a pharmaceutical(formulation)/food manufacturing company; having practical experience of analysis of key materials viz. vitamins and chemicals as per AOAC, ISO, ISO in a pharmaceutical/food company; have created and maintained regulatory records for Drug Control/FSSAI, GMP, FSSC, ISO, HACCP and Pollution Control; are fluent in written and spoken English, and are savvy with Excel.

5) SALARY: CTC as per industry. Will consider higher for deserving candidates
