Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in purchasing medicines and healthcare products.
- Dispense prescription medicines accurately and responsibly, as permitted by your qualifications and applicable regulations.
- Guide customers on the proper use of medicines and basic healthcare products within the scope of your role.
- Maintain proper stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure appropriate storage of medicines.
- Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations.
- Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy.
Eligibility & Requirements
- For Registered Pharmacists: D.Pharm or B.Pharm qualification with valid pharmacist registration in Kerala.
- For Pharmacy Salesmen: Candidates with relevant pharmacy sales experience or a strong interest in pharmacy retail operations.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Skills: Valuable communication, customer service, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude.
- Training: Training and support will be provided to suitable candidates.
