Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B;) Manager – Resort

We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of a resort. The candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant and service operations, maintaining service quality, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily food and beverage operations across the resort.
- Supervise restaurant, banquet, and food service staff.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and wastage.
- Manage food and beverage costs and support budget control.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.




- Prepare staff duty schedules and monitor team performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain operational reports and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and service standards.
- Willingness to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
