Job description:

- Examine patients, assess their medical conditions, and provide appropriate treatment.

- Attend to emergency cases and provide immediate medical care.

- Monitor patients' health conditions and progress during their hospital stay.

- Conduct patient rounds and coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals.

- Prescribe medications and treatments as per clinical requirements and hospital protocols.

- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, treatment notes, and medical documentation.

- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any deterioration in a patient's condition.

- Ensure proper implementation of hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control practices.

- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.





- Assist in managing medical emergencies and arrange referrals when required.

- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.

- Ensure timely and accurate coding of all patient case sheets following the hospital's established coding protocols and guidelines.

- Ensure the timely completion and submission of all daycare and discharge summaries to the Reception Department.

Education:

MBBS (Required)

Experience:

- 1-2 Years experience as a Duty Medical Officer is preferred.

- Freshers may also apply.

License/Certification:

Valid registration with the Telangana Medical Council as legally applicable (Required).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
