- Manage the full employee lifecycle from hiring to exit

- Partner with department heads on manpower requirements and job profiles

- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation confirmation

- Run annual appraisal cycles, KRA/KPI setting and increment recommendations

- Design and administer salary structures, advantages and leave policies

- Resolve grievances and manage disciplinary actions, show-cause notices and inquiries

- Plan engagement activities, recognition programmes and employee surveys

- Identify training needs and manage the annual training calendar

- Ensure statutory compliance and readiness for audits and inspections

- Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, attendance and cost

- Draft and update HR policies and the employee handbook

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
