Work Location: Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu

Shared Accommodation and Subsidized Food Will be Provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and mobilise workers from different states across India to meet factory manpower requirements.
- Identify and maintain strong networks with labour contractors, manpower suppliers, and recruitment agencies.
- Recruit and deploy workers for seafood processing factory operations.
- Manage labour accommodation, hostel facilities, canteen, attendance, and employee welfare.
- Handle labour-related issues, workplace discipline, and grievance resolution.
- Manage overall factory administration and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with local authorities and handle local labour disputes.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must have hands-on experience in labour sourcing and mobilisation from different states across India.
- Must have an established network of labour contractors and manpower suppliers.




- Experience recruiting and managing large workforces for factories or manufacturing units.
- Experience in handling migrant labour, accommodation, and workforce retention.
- Previous experience in seafood processing, food processing, or other labour-intensive industries an added advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and workforce management skills.
- Must be able to speak Tamil/Hindi/English

Preference: Candidates with proven experience sourcing and mobilising workers for large-scale factory operations.
