SPECIALTY FOCUS
Search and answer-engine optimization across all content, especially the content hub, D2C and marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own keyword and entity research, search-intent mapping and content-gap analysis; feed prioritized briefs to writers.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO across the content hub and website, and (with the marketplace writer) marketplace listings.
- Lead GEO / AEO - structure content and implement structured data / schema so brands surface in AI Overviews, Perplexity and direct-answer formats.
- Run content audits and refreshes; track rankings, organic traffic and answer-engine citations; report on provable reach.
- Partner with Performance on the organic-plus-paid distribution model so founder and brand content provably reaches the right global buyers.
COLLABORATES WITH
All writers; Performance / Demand Gen; web / dev (technical SEO & schema); Ecommerce.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of SEO with demonstrable content results.
- Hands-on with Semrush / Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- A genuine AEO / GEO method - structure, schema, entities and measurement, not buzzwords.
- Analytical and content-literate.
Organic traffic and rankings growth; answer-engine citations / visibility; brief quality and turnaround; audit coverage.
