Experience Required: 3–5 years

Salary: Minimum CTC ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: India evening shift, with overlap with US business hours

Career Growth: Opportunity to progress towards Head of USA Back-Office Operations

About the Opportunity

Strapie Technologies is expanding its business operations in the United States, with activities involving international trade, technology services, business administration and customer support.

We are looking for a Founding Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our India back-office team in Aurangabad.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be part of building international business operations from scratch.

You will be the first person in this function, working directly with management to establish administrative processes, coordinate with US business partners, organize information, execute operational activities and progressively develop structured systems for long-term business growth.

We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for completing them accurately, on time and with consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. USA Business Administration

- Assist management with the setup and ongoing administration of US business operations.
- Maintain company documents, registrations, agreements, records and correspondence.
- Coordinate with US-based service providers, consultants and business partners.
- Schedule meetings, prepare documents and follow up on pending activities.
- Maintain organized digital records and operational trackers.

2. International Business Coordination

- Communicate professionally with US vendors, customers and service providers.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics partners and other external agencies as assigned.
- Request quotations, compare proposals and prepare summaries for management.
- Follow up on shipments, documentation, deliveries and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate communication records and ensure timely updates.

3. Daily Operations Execution

- Execute daily assignments received from management.
- Prioritize tasks according to deadlines and business requirements.
- Maintain task lists,

follow-up schedules and progress reports.
- Identify delays, missing information and operational problems.
- Escalate important issues promptly with relevant information.
- Ensure assigned activities are completed rather than left pending.

4. Documentation and Process Development

- Create and maintain checklists, trackers, reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Organize information into simple, repeatable processes.
- Maintain vendor databases, contact lists and business records.
- Support the implementation of digital tools for operational efficiency.
- Help establish a structured back-office system as the US business expands.

5. Communication and Reporting

- Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
- Communicate fluently in written and spoken English.
- Participate in meetings and calls with US stakeholders when required.
- Prepare daily work summaries and pending-action reports.
- Provide management with accurate and timely operational updates.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

- 3–5 years of professional work experience.
- Experience in administration, coordination, operations, customer support or similar responsibilities is welcome.
- Previous US business experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates from any industry may apply if they demonstrate strong practical execution capabilities.

Education

- No specific degree specialization is required.
- Relevant professional experience, competency and willingness to learn are more important than academic qualifications.

Essential Competencies

- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Good internet research and information-gathering skills.
- Accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.
- Practical problem-solving ability.
- Professional communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while following management instructions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies,

software and business processes.

Software Knowledge

Prior experience with specific software applications is not mandatory.

The selected candidate should be willing to learn Microsoft 365, Zoho applications, online collaboration platforms and AI-based productivity tools as required.

What Makes This Role Different?

You will help build a department, not simply join an existing one.

Initially, you will work closely with management, executing assigned tasks and learning the company's US business processes.

As the business grows, your responsibilities may expand into independently coordinating operations, improving systems, managing external relationships and supporting additional team members.

The long-term career opportunity is to grow towards Head of USA Back-Office Operations, subject to demonstrated competency, performance, leadership ability and business requirements.

What We Expect From You

We value professionals who:

- Take ownership of assigned work.
- Follow through until tasks are completed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Learn unfamiliar subjects with curiosity and initiative.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Are comfortable working in a developing business environment.
- Seek a stable, long-term career with increasing responsibilities.

Working Conditions

- Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
- Work arrangement: Full-time, office-based
- Shift: India evening shift to coordinate with US business hours
- Monthly salary: Minimum CTC ₹20,000, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated competency
- Reporting: Directly to management
- Selection process: Resume screening followed by an interview

Why Join Strapie Technologies?

This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international business administration, US operations, cross-border coordination, technology services and structured business management.

You will have the opportunity to contribute from the beginning and grow professionally as our international business expands.

If you are organized, dependable, execution-focused and looking for a long-term career where your responsibilities can grow with the business, we encourage you to apply.
