Reporting To: Assistant Manager Cutting

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be responsible for planning the cutting for the unit and

dispatch management.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Plan & Supervise

▪ Prepare cutting plan based on production requirement for the next one day.

▪ Distribute the cutting plan among the workers based on the target received

from the respective managers.

▪ Ensure cutting supervision -

- No blockage of lay.

- The target perimeter is monitored & achieved.

- Cutting quality is achieved

▪ Ensure lay supervision -

- Marker checking

- Length and width checking

- Batch & Lot no is followed as per QC report.

- Consumption checking

- Bias planning

▪ Prepare style wise daily cutting report.

▪ Check the consumption analyze & then sign the Lay slip for any deviation.

▪ Track the job orders.

▪ Plan sheet for the day is followed by completing priority styles if any

➢ Dispatch Management

▪ Coordinate with Dispatch team for timely delivery.

▪ Oversee the logistics arrangements.

▪ Coordinate with store for fabric storage & timely receipt of dispatched fabric.

Working Relationships:





➢ Production Team– Coordinate for daily cutting plan.

➢ QC Team – For fabric quality checking.

➢ Purchase Team – For purchase and problems with reference to fabric.

➢ Store Team – For fabric storage.

➢ Logistics – For fabric dispatch.

➢ IT – For SAP & support.

➢ PPC – For JO’s & support.

Person Profile:

➢ Education: ITI/Diploma/B. Tech/Any Graduate in Production Manufacturing

➢ Experience: 2-5 years

➢ Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge garment manufacturing.

➢ Behavioral Competencies: Attention to details, accuracy, compliance, service

oriented, planning & prioritizing, data driven, teamwork & self-motivation.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
