We’re Hiring | Customs Filing Executive – ICEGATE

Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file Bills of Entry (BOE) through ICEGATE.
- Handle import customs documentation and clearance procedures.
- Verify invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and HS codes.
- Coordinate with customs brokers and internal operations teams.
- Track customs clearance and Out of Charge (OOC).

Requirements:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in customs filing.

Mandatory ICEGATE and Bill of Entry filing experience.

Positive knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures.
