About Skilltero

Skilltero is an India-based EdTech platform providing personalized one-on-one online tutoring to students in India and internationally. We are looking for passionate, qualified, and experienced Science tutors to join our growing teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive one-on-one online Science classes for school students.
- Teach Physics, Chemistry, and Biology according to students' grade levels, curricula, and learning requirements.
- Prepare personalized lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and practice materials.
- Explain scientific concepts using practical examples, diagrams, and interactive teaching methods.
- Help students with homework, school examinations, and concept clarification.
- Assess student performance and provide regular progress feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods according to individual student learning abilities.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and effective communication with students and the Skilltero academic team.

Eligibility and Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant Science teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Education,



or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or other international curricula is an advantage.
- Good English communication and explanation skills.
- Experience conducting one-on-one online classes preferred.
- Must have a laptop or desktop, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection.
- Must be based in India.
