Job description:

Hiring: Metal Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Saha, Ambala, Haryana
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35/month
Experience: 2+ years in metal fabrication,
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field preferred

Shift Timing: 5pm - 2pm (Night)

Key Requirements:

- Solid understanding of engineering drawings (ED) and the ability to interpret them and guide the team accordingly.
- Hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D drawings.
- Ability to supervise metal fabrication, welding, cutting, fitting, and assembly work.
- Experience checking work quality against project drawings, dimensions, specifications, and finishing standards.
- Ability to identify fabrication errors, guide workers on corrections, and ensure project quality.
- Experience managing fabricators,



welders, and shop-floor production.
- Preferred Skills: Metal Fabrication, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Engineering Drawing Interpretation, Quality Inspection, Production Supervision, and Team Management.
- Skills: Metal Fabrication, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Arc Welding, CNC Cutting, Mechanical Fabrication, Production Supervision, Quality Control, Engineering Drawings, Team Management, Manufacturing Operations.
