Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at infrastructure project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring quality and safety standards, and completing assigned work as per project schedules and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site, including road construction, earthwork, concrete work, drainage, and other infrastructure works.
- Allocate daily tasks to workers, operators, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Site Engineer.




- Check the quality of materials and workmanship during execution.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and other departments for smooth execution of work.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption details.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Implement site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
- Identify site issues and report delays, quality concerns, and material requirements to the concerned engineer.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
