The candidate should have an interest in travel operations, ticketing, reservations, and tour coordination. A willingness to learn and good organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily travel and tour operations.
- Handle ticketing activities, bookings, and reservations.
- Coordinate with tour guides, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor tour schedules, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in managing customer queries related to bookings and tours.
- Maintain booking records and update operational information.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

- Must have an interest in the Travel and Tourism industry.
- Basic understanding of ticketing, reservations, and booking procedures is preferred.
- Willingness to learn travel and tour management software.
