We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our café, crafting exceptional coffee beverages, providing friendly service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Brew and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews, strictly following quality and recipe standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, make menu recommendations based on preferences, and handle transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized bar and seating area, regularly wiping down counters, sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups, reporting shortages to management as needed.
- Quality Control: Operate, clean,



and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment daily.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role is preferred, but fresh candidates with a passion for coffee are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills for cash handling.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 10 kg.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
