Bliss Gardens & Exteriors (Ecoflash Initiative & Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a landscape design, execution and maintenance company based in Calicut, serving hospitals, resorts, corporate campuses, villas and residential clients across South India.

We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance & AMC Manager to lead our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) portfolio: someone with real plant-science knowledge who can also run sites, people and clients.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage all AMC client sites (hospitals, resorts, industrial campuses, villas) and be the main point of contact for clients

- Plan and supervise gardeners and site supervisors: daily work schedules, attendance, leave and replacement manpower

- Conduct regular site visits and submit monthly site visit reports with action plans

- Prepare and maintain SOPs and site documents for every AMC site

- Oversee plant health, lawn care, pruning, fertiliser and pest/disease management, and irrigation (drip and sprinkler) maintenance





- Prepare estimates and proposals for plant replacement, additional works and AMC renewals

- Coordinate with accounts on monthly AMC billing and with the operations team on materials and vendors

- Train and guide the gardening team and maintain quality standards across sites

Requirements:

- MSc or BSc in Botany, Horticulture, Agriculture or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture or AMC management

- Experience handling clients and leading field teams

- Valuable written English for reports, emails and SOPs; Malayalam preferred

- Comfortable with MS Excel, Word and email

- Willing to travel regularly to sites across Kerala and South India

- Two-wheeler licence preferred

Location: Calicut, Kerala (with regular site travel)

Salary: Rs 30,000 - 45,000 per month, based on experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
