Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products or services.

Generate leads and convert them into prospective customers.

Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance.

Education: Minimum Class 12 pass / Graduate (as required by the company).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Language: Bengali and basic Hindi/English communication skills preferred.
