Role responsibilities

- Identify new customers in FMCG, food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

- Promote secondary packaging machinery, conveyors, and special-purpose automation machinery.

- Understand customer requirements and prepare technical concepts and proposals.

- Coordinate with design, electrical, and automation teams for solutions.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into purchase orders.

- Conduct customer visits, machine demonstrations, and technical presentations.

- Develop new business with manufacturing plants and OEMs.

Preferred qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation or machinery sales.

- Knowledge of packaging machinery, PLCs, conveyors, and robotics is an advantage.

- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key performance indicators (KPIs): Qualified enquiries, customer visits, quotations submitted, order conversion, and sales revenue.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
