Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements in Not-for-Profit (NFP), Employee Benefit Plan (EBP), and Single Audit (Uniform Guidance) sectors.
- Execute audit procedures across assigned areas (cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payables, revenue, payroll, equity) in line with the audit plan.
- Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and tests of controls, including sampling, vouching, and tracing.
- Assist with risk assessment, planning, and walkthroughs of key processes and internal controls.
- Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit reports for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate and document the results of testing, identify exceptions, and escalate issues to the Senior/Manager promptly.
- Participate in internal training, quality control initiatives, and process improvement activities.
- Support firm growth through business development activities, proposal assistance, and networking.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or related field.

Experience:

- 6months – 2 years of audit experience with US clients.
- Background in Single Audits, Not-for-Profit, and Employee Benefit Plan, CIRA audits.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent engagements and teams.

Technical Skills:

- Working knowledge of US GAAP and US GAAS (AICPA); familiarity with PCAOB standards is a plus.
- Familiarity with audit software (e.g., OnPoint, CCH Access, CaseWare, Thomson Reuters, or similar).
- Solid Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
