Position Title: Communication Executive

Reporting to: Director of Night School Transformation Program and Evening Learning Centers

Location: Mumbai Office

_ Key Roles and Responsibilities_

1.Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare timely donor reports on program progress and status, based on assigned donors.
- Collect information from program teams for case studies and impact stories; write and review high-quality case studies and documentation.
- Develop proposals for donors.
- Submit reports to the Sr. Communication and Documentation Manager within deadlines; flag any issues or concerns.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and maintain records.
- Create JCM presentations and PPTs for partners.

2. Social Media & PR

- Develop an annual social media plan and content calendar.
- Draft and create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, aligned with the communication plan.
- Schedule and upload frequent posts; run campaigns as required.
- Update the website regularly.
- Maintain a PR database and support the execution of PR activities.
- Assist in outreach and managing media/PR relations in coordination with the CEO's office.

3. Other Communication Activities

- Plan and implement an annual communications calendar for events.
- Update and execute assigned tasks.




- Coordinate with external agencies to enhance organizational and CEO profile on social media.
- Create e-invites, design visually appealing presentations, and ensure brand consistency in all communication materials.
- Schedule donor-related meetings and support coordination as needed.

4. Support to CEO & Team

- Draft emails and communications for Heads/CEO/Departments, especially supporting colleagues who require assistance with the English language.

Requirements & Skills

Experience:

1–2 years in a similar organization (freshers can also apply); prior experience in communications, marketing, or journalism is an advantage.

Education

Graduation/Post Graduation/BMS/MSW; fluency in English required.

Technical Skills

- Canva (for design & video editing).
- Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace.
- Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Content writing and storytelling

Other Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Solid presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to create impact through communication

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
