We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Handler to manage the gym's social media platforms, create engaging content, increase online visibility, and promote gym memberships, fitness services, and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
- Capture photos and videos of gym activities, fitness sessions, events, trainers, and client achievements.
- Coordinate with trainers, the sales team, and management to plan promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative ideas for fitness promotions, membership offers, festivals, and special events.
- Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Track social media performance, reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness through social media campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies.




- Prepare regular social media performance reports for management.
- Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines and maintains a skilled image.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, or external agencies whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in social media management is preferred; freshers with strong practical skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Basic skills in video editing and content creation using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to capture quality photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and lead generation is an advantage.
- Interest in fitness, gym culture, and health-related content is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
