We are looking for a well-organized and customer-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) for our Body Shop department. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, coordinating communication between customers and the body shop team, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the accident repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the body shop.
- Explain the body shop repair process to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle repair status and delivery timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and internal body shop teams.




- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after vehicle delivery.
- Maintain customer details, feedback, and follow-up records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in automobile body shop operations or customer relations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
