Job Description – Staff Nurse

1. Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during consultations and surgical procedures, and ensure smooth clinical operations. The candidate will be responsible for patient monitoring, clinical documentation, infection control, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and hygiene.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients before and after consultations, procedures, and surgeries.
- Assist doctors during OPD consultations, minor procedures, and surgical interventions as required.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, treatment details, and clinical documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper sterilisation of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment room, procedure room, and clinical areas.
- Ensure the availability of nursing supplies, medical consumables, and emergency equipment.
- Educate patients regarding medication instructions, wound care, and post-procedure precautions as directed by the doctor.
- Coordinate with doctors, OT technicians, front desk staff, and other clinical team members.




- Follow biomedical waste management guidelines and clinic safety protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure respectful, patient-friendly communication.
- Report any changes in a patient's condition, clinical concerns, or stock shortages to the concerned authority.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing.
- Experience: 2–3 years; freshers may apply.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, infection control, and clinical documentation.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.
- Good communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients.

- Strict adherence to clinic policies, professional ethics, and patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
