Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Store Manager to handle store activities, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor sales activities and work towards achieving business targets.
- Manage staff coordination and ensure proper task execution.
- Maintain customer service standards and address customer concerns.
- Ensure proper store maintenance, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
- Monitor stock availability and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain overall store standards and discipline.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or store operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities and coordinate with a team.
- Basic knowledge of store operations and customer service.
