Job Overview

Westmore is looking for a proactive, responsible, and customer-focused Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coworking space. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage customers, memberships, facilities, and administrative activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the coworking space.

- Handle customer inquiries, phone calls, and walk-in visitors.

- Manage membership bookings, meeting room bookings, and renewals.

- Collect rent and follow up on pending payments.

- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and office supplies.

- Build good relationships with members and resolve their complaints.

- Handle billing, records, reports, and basic administrative work.

- Support marketing activities and promotional initiatives.

- Ensure the safety, security, and proper functioning of the workspace.

Requirements





- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and related applications.

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage customers and daily operations independently.

- Basic knowledge of billing, documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in office administration, hospitality, sales, or coworking space operations will be an advantage.

- Valuable interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers.

- Strong multitasking and decision-making abilities.

- A responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
