Job Overview
P. R. Ceiling Products is looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Laser Machine Operator for its metal ceiling manufacturing plant in Agra. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines, ensuring accurate cutting of metal sheets, and maintaining production quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting Machines for metal sheet cutting.
- Read and understand technical drawings, designs, and cutting layouts.
- Set machine parameters, including cutting speed, power, and focus.
- Load and unload metal sheets safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate cutting dimensions and maintain product quality.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine and cutting-related issues.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure timely completion of production work.
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical field preferred.
- Previous experience operating CNC Laser Cutting Machines will be preferred.
- Knowledge of metal sheet cutting and fabrication processes.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Responsible, punctual, and quality-focused.
Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
