Job Description – Civil Project Manager

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Project Site

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute civil construction projects.
- Ensure timely project completion within approved budget.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, and manpower.
- Monitor construction quality and safety standards.
- Manage project planning, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials and resources.

Required Skills:

- Robust leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Expertise in site execution, planning, and cost control.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
