We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled SEO Lead Manager to drive and scale organic growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, eCommerce SEO, analytics, and AI-powered automation to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies across all website categories.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, site health, and page speed.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, schema, URLs, and internal linking.
- Drive link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for keyword research, content generation, optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Build AI-powered workflows and automation for SEO execution, reporting, audits, keyword clustering, and content operations.
- Develop and implement automation using n8n, APIs, Python, and custom-built AI tools to streamline and scale SEO processes.
- Optimize website visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, and generative search platforms (GEO).
- Track KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams.
- Lead and mentor SEO Executives to ensure effective and timely execution.

Required Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in eCommerce.
- Strong expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience in keyword research, clustering, schema markup, and content optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Practical experience with n8n, Python, APIs, workflow automation, and custom tool development.
- Ability to build AI agents and custom automation systems for SEO research, content generation, optimization, and reporting.
- Understanding of GEO and AI-driven search optimization.
- Solid analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

What We Expect

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
