Job Responsibilities:
- Lead complete design and engineering activities for Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, 3D models and BOMs.
- Establish design standards, engineering procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards.
- Handle customer and project coordination.
- Support customer audits, internal audits and quality investigations.
- Lead, mentor and develop the design team.
Required Skills:
- Robust team leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CAD/CAM tools and engineering documentation.
- Knowledge of product development processes.
- Experience with ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Strategic thinking and customer-oriented approach.
